Make a PNG Stamp in 5 Minutes. No Photoshop Needed
I use Photopea. It’s free. It works like Photoshop but runs in your browser.
(And yes, it handles layers and masks just fine.)
Open Photopea. Click File > New. Set canvas to 1200×1200 px.
White background? Delete it. You need transparency from the start.
Drag in a transparent base image (or) skip it and jump straight to text. I usually do.
Add a text layer. Font size: 120 pt. Not 12.
Not 48. 120. Scale it down later (never) up. Pixelation is not a vibe.
Want a circle stamp? Draw an ellipse. Right-click the text layer > Create Clipping Mask.
Done.
Forget to flatten before export? Your transparency vanishes. JPEG instead of PNG?
